A story I hope you forward to everyone you love (not a sales email)


Hey friend,

I want to tell you a story that stayed with me long after the camera stopped rolling.

Katherine and I filmed a testimonial the other day, and at one point she said something that hit me so hard I had to pause:

“I used to lie on the couch because my back hurt too much to hold my own child.
And now I can kettlebell swing my 36-pound four-year-old and feel totally fine.”

She cried.
I cried.
Because that’s not just “progress.”

That is life-saving in a way most people never think about.

Not life-saving like an ER or a surgeon.
Life-saving like:

  • getting your independence back
  • being able to parent the way you want
  • trusting your body again
  • breaking a cycle you watched your parents fall into
  • choosing a different future at 40 so you’re not stuck at 80

The thing that changed everything for her?
She said every other program failed because no one ever taught her how to understand pain.

They told her pain = stop.
Pain = danger.
Pain = don’t move.

But learning that pain is data, not a red light, gave her her life back.

This is why I’m so serious about this work.
Why I care so much.
Why I talk about strength and capacity like it’s urgent.

Because it REALLY is.

You don’t realize how life-saving strength is…
until the day you can’t do what you used to do.
Or until pain takes away something that deeply matters.

This isn’t a sales email.
This is a PSA.
A reminder that building strength now saves parts of your life you don’t want to lose later.
