Feel Like Your Body’s Betraying You?

Hi Reader,

I had a conversation with a client recently that I haven’t stopped thinking about — because it revealed something so many women go through silently.S

he came to me navigating intense nerve pain, hormonal shifts, and 70-hour workweeks that left her body feeling like it was in full-blown revolt.

Not just sore.

Not just tired.

But mysteriously, frustratingly, flared — from her face to her feet.

And the hardest part?

“It’s not just the pain. It’s that I have no idea what’s happening — and that makes me panic.”

She wasn’t chasing a diagnosis to put a label on herself.

She was chasing understanding — something to anchor her through the chaos,

so she could respond instead of spiral.

Because when your body feels unpredictable,

the need for logic becomes a coping tool in itself.

And I get that.

More than most people know.

As we talked, I asked a question that shifted everything:

“What does success look like for you right now?”

She paused… and then said:

“I just want a higher quality of life through reduced pain — especially mentally. I don’t even realize how much it affects me until I have a few good days.”

And THAT is what this work is really about.

Helping you build more of those good days.

We didn’t land on a perfect diagnosis or magic fix.

But we did notice this:

✔️ Her pain improved after light walking

✔️ A few days of movement shifted her entire mental state

✔️ The flare-up went from overwhelming to tolerable in 48 hours

That told us everything we needed to know:

Pain is a data point — not a life sentence.

It changes. It responds. It can be influenced.

And that is where your power lives.

Not in fixing everything all at once.

But in reclaiming the belief that your body can shift.

If your nervous system feels fried…

If your symptoms feel louder than your logic…

If you’ve started to wonder if this is just “how it is now”…

Please hear this:

You’re not broken.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not behind.

You’re simply carrying too much — with too little margin.

That’s not weakness.

That’s physiology.

And it can get better.

If you’re in a season like this — where your body feels unpredictable and you’re not sure what to trust…

I’d love to help.

This is the kind of layered, real-life work I do with my 1:1 coaching clients — and I have a few spots opening up for 2026.

If this speaks to you, reply to this email or DM me “Capacity” and I’ll share the details.

Hey Reader, I want to share something a client said that I haven't been able to stop thinking about. She started working with me when it was — her words — "financially iffy" to do so. 2+ years later she told me it was the best decision she ever made. Not just because she's stronger. Not just because she's in less pain. Not just because she stopped overanalyzing every movement and overthinking it so much that nothing was actually changing. But because investing in her health actually helped...

Reader - I was talking to a client yesterday who became a 1:1 client after my Fall Challenge — and what she said honestly brought tears to my eyes. She told me: “I’m not the person I used to be… and I don’t want to lose any more of myself.” That hit hard because it’s the exact lesson I learned the hard way, too.And it’s the lesson most women only realize once things start slipping: If you don’t train your body for the life you want… you slowly lose the ability to live it. Not dramatically.Not...

Hey Reader, If you’ve been told your pain is “just physical”…But deep down you know there’s more to the story — You’re not crazy. You’re just stuck in a system that ignores the nervous system entirely. Let me be clear: You don’t get strong just by strengthening muscles. You get strong by: building safety rebuilding trust progressing load in a way your system can actually tolerate Because strength is biological, psychological, and behavioral. And if no one is addressing all three? You’re always...
