Hey Reader,

So if you've seen my social media lately, I just spent 3 intense but super fun days out in Phoenix, Arizona diving deeper into learning all about how to get faster & more explosive.

What else could be better for physical health than to level up your performance?

I know some of you may not identify or see yourselves as an athlete.

But as Bill Bowerman (track and field coach & founder of Nike) once said:

If you have a body, you are an athlete."

I'm always super inspired & motivated to do more and provide more as a coach.

And coming off of this weekend connecting with other likeminded professionals, the bigger war is still being fought.

We are up against deep cultural and societal norms of standardized, cookie cutter, non personalized, transactional health care.

And very much the bigger driver behind my coaching practice: Be Resilient.

I feel like I have way more freedom and the best environment to help people solve problems & build life long skills by being a coach rather than a clinician.

And so I decided to make this quick 6 minute video about my coaching framework.

I hope it helps you to better understand what I am all about & what my philosophy and beliefs are and how those impact the way I go about working with people.

Since I know many of you following me probably saw me at a very different point in my career and practice.

I can proudly say I am a very different person from a few years ago.

And that has also translated to the type of practice and "business" that I have.

And for some, that may not be what you are looking for and that is completely ok.
