This is a mindset shift she wished she had earlier.

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm"

Be Resilient

Hey Reader,

You got to hear this story...

As a team dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through sustainable exercise and coaching, we've witnessed incredible journeys of self-discovery and growth.

I want to share the remarkable transformation of a new mom named Charissa.

Just a few months ago, Charissa was unsure about what to do for a workout and had reservations about working with a coach. She was super honest about the fact that she believed coaching to be a waste of time and money and energy.

She still decided to take the leap and join our coaching program, seeking a realistic gameplan for exercise that has a bigger purpose.

What was just felt like another task on the to do list, became an exciting part of her routine, something she genuinely looked forward to.

The transformation didn't happen overnight, but with consistent effort and guidance, Charissa's perception of exercise completely shifted.

But don't just take my word for it.

Listen to Charissa's own words about her transformation:

Finding the hardest thing you can do safe is the first step.

The relationship you have with exercise and fitness is what keeps you sustainable and consistent.

That is the part that many of us are secretly or unknowingly struggling with.

"Messy reps are the BEST reps."

Did you know part of getting better at training requires messy reps?

We need those for the brain to make sense of movement & to organize the most efficient way of moving.

Aka we need to fail in a safe environment.

And if you are catching yourself saying, "Yea I'm interested but I think I'll wait until the holidays are over."

(Just wanted to say thinking this way is mostly not your fault.)

We are often led to believe that health and fitness goals means restriction, deprivation, and a complete overhaul of your current lifestyle.

So if that is what you believe...of course it doesn't make sense in this time.

Just PLEASE know this:

Your health and fitness goals should NOT take away from your holiday experience leading to restriction & deprivation.

If anything, that is exactly what we help you with. We are already in holiday navigation mode with the people we work with.

Be Resilient Strengths Transformed, Redefine the Norm Hey Reader, I was just talking to one of the people I coach about how little mindset gets spoken about in health and fitness. Being diagnosed with a disc herniation... Being told your hormones are out of balance... Being told you should stay away from certain exercises or positions... How do you react to and think about those things? It may look entirely different from how someone else would react to being told the same things. For some it...

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm" Be Resilient Hey Reader, So if you've seen my social media lately, I just spent 3 intense but super fun days out in Phoenix, Arizona diving deeper into learning all about how to get faster & more explosive. What else could be better for physical health than to level up your performance? I know some of you may not identify or see yourselves as an athlete. But as Bill Bowerman (track and field coach & founder of Nike) once said: “If you have a body,...

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm" Be Resilient Hey Reader, If anything, life has taught us that age shouldn't deter us from becoming more athletic; if anything, we should strive to get MORE athletic as we journey through the later parts of life. It's never too late to start on a transformative path that improves our well-being and gives us the energy and ability to have a higher quality lifespan & health span. (Btw, you don't have to wait until the new year to get started!) At Be...
