If you're ready to build real, long-lasting strength, here's your game plan.

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm"

Be Resilient

Dear Reader,

We live in a world filled with fitness & rehab fads and trends, each promising to be the ultimate solution for strength, health, and longevity. From lifting heavy weights to spending six days a week at the gym, from targeting only your weak areas to indulging in fancy techniques and modalities - it’s easy to get caught up in the hype.

However, as I’ve learned over the years, these strategies often fall short when it comes to achieving sustainable, long-term fitness goals.

I want to shed light on some common misconceptions about exercise and share insights that have taken me years to appreciate fully.

👉 good ol’: “Stretch, rehab, massage, release, activate, and so on.”

Sure, these techniques have their place, especially for injury recovery and specific needs. But they are not the be-all and end-all of a physical performance strategy. Relying solely on these methods may not lead to lasting results.

👉 in reality…it really needs to be more about PROGRESSION & IMPROVEMENT of your current physical abilities.

True progress in fitness is about continually pushing your boundaries and improving your current abilities. It’s not about merely maintaining the status quo or focusing solely on activating certain muscles.

Be AWARE of "The Maintenance Trap":

Maintenance, in the context of fitness or rehabilitation, often implies doing just enough to keep things where they are, without pushing for progress. While it might sound like a sensible approach to prevent setbacks or injuries, it can inadvertently lead to stagnation.

👉Embrace the concept of slowly doing more over time while moderating pain and flare-ups.

Pain and flare-ups are often a sign of overtraining or lack of progress in exercise techniques. Sustainable fitness means finding a balance that allows you to make gradual improvements without pushing your body to the brink.

It took me 7 years since I graduated from school to push aside the fancy techniques and modalities and latest “evidence-based trends.” And realize…

It’s easy to get lost in the noise of the latest trends and studies. However, what truly matters is the consistent effort you put into your exercise routine over time. That is what leads to outcomes of feeling better, being more mobile, having more energy, and dealing with less pain & flare ups that impact your daily life over time.

HARD FACTS: We all really just need to exercise. Over and over. For a long time. To get to the place where you want to be. And not get caught repeating the same strategy expecting a different result.

In the end, it all boils down to one simple truth: sustained, consistent exercise over the long haul is the key to achieving your fitness goals. There is no shortcut or magic formula.

So, if you’ve been wasting time overthinking instead of taking action, it’s time to change your approach. Instead of waiting for all the answers, start exercising, and let your journey toward your goals unfold naturally.

Have you been wasting time overthinking instead of taking action?

Are you finally ready to take action from a new perspective?

Be Resilient Strengths Transformed, Redefine the Norm Hey Reader, I was just talking to one of the people I coach about how little mindset gets spoken about in health and fitness. Being diagnosed with a disc herniation... Being told your hormones are out of balance... Being told you should stay away from certain exercises or positions... How do you react to and think about those things? It may look entirely different from how someone else would react to being told the same things. For some it...

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm" Be Resilient Hey Reader, So if you've seen my social media lately, I just spent 3 intense but super fun days out in Phoenix, Arizona diving deeper into learning all about how to get faster & more explosive. What else could be better for physical health than to level up your performance? I know some of you may not identify or see yourselves as an athlete. But as Bill Bowerman (track and field coach & founder of Nike) once said: “If you have a body,...

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm" Be Resilient Hey Reader, You got to hear this story... As a team dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through sustainable exercise and coaching, we've witnessed incredible journeys of self-discovery and growth. She was super honest about...
