"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm"

Be Resilient

Dear Reader,

I have always found it interesting how exercise or training is one of those things everyone knows is good for them.

It keeps you healthy, keeps you moving, gives you the ability to live a high quality of life well into your 60s, 70s, and 80s.

Yet, so many people struggle with it and all for various (yet similar) reasons I have come to find.

Lindsey was one of those people that had been struggling with making exercise a consistent part of her routine. For a very long time she was stuck in the extreme culture of yo-yo dieting and intense cardio exercise. And after having her first child, she became inconsistent with her health.

She had quite the epiphany and was forced to look at her own actions.

What she had done before has served her to a point. But her procrastination and self doubt was leading to habits in her personal life that prioritized comfort over progress.

She realized she had to get out of own way.

She was super honest that training was something she was highly skeptical about since anytime she tried another exercise plan, it was very standard and mundane.

She also mentioned how little she felt supported or encouraged working with other providers.

She said her goal was to be a person who showed up consistently with exercise:

And she really appreciated how individualized this process is which was instrumental in her success:

Lindsey continues to work with me, not only to maintain her progress but also to explore new ways to optimize her physical well-being.

She now understands the power of personalized training and its ability to transform not just the body but also one's mindset and overall quality of life.

If you're struggling with making exercise truly consistent for you, despite feeling the overwhelm of not knowing what do to...I can help.

Imagine the impact it would have on your life if you could find a solution tailored to you, rather than settling for generic standards that often fall short.

That's exactly what Lindsey experienced when she decided to be coached by Be Resilient.

My door is always open to anyone who is open minded to exploring other options.

The initial conversation is about genuinely helping you get clear on discovering a new purpose & meaning with exercise no matter what phase of life you are in.

Be Resilient Strengths Transformed, Redefine the Norm Hey Reader, I was just talking to one of the people I coach about how little mindset gets spoken about in health and fitness. Being diagnosed with a disc herniation... Being told your hormones are out of balance... Being told you should stay away from certain exercises or positions... How do you react to and think about those things? It may look entirely different from how someone else would react to being told the same things. For some it...

"Strengths transformed: Redefine the norm" Be Resilient Hey Reader, So if you've seen my social media lately, I just spent 3 intense but super fun days out in Phoenix, Arizona diving deeper into learning all about how to get faster & more explosive. What else could be better for physical health than to level up your performance? I know some of you may not identify or see yourselves as an athlete. But as Bill Bowerman (track and field coach & founder of Nike) once said: “If you have a body,...
